Counselling Continuity Plan – 6 Months

A 6-month continuity plan to provide ongoing counselling support. Includes a 1 hour Zoom call or in-person consultation per month to help you tackle any anxiety and self-confidence issues you may still be struggling with and help progressively build your self-confidence and self-esteem, making you more resilient and more empowered to live a happier, more balanced life.
