A 12-month mentoring plan to support you on your onward self-image journey once you’ve completed the Self-Image and Style Coaching 8-week programme. Includes a 1 hour Zoom call per month to help you tackle any issues you may still be struggling with and help progressively make you more resilient and more connected to a healthy, coherent and empowered self-image.
